Product Description
Description of the production line:
SBG-600 double wall corrugated pipe production line has two single-screw extruders. It has a dual-channel structure and nitriding polishing head. The forming machine adopts a horizontal (or vertical) structure, advanced water cooling system, vacuum forming system, automatic lubrication system, and advanced double-layer online expansion function. The material of the molds is aluminum alloy. The complete production line uses the German Siemens professional PLC control system. It has a high degree of automation, reliable operation, easy operation, and so on.
Double wall corrugated pipe is a mature product that has the advantage of low weight, low cost, anti-corrosion, good ring stiffness, and flexibility. Our company has developed PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion lines for more than 20 years. We have a whole series of double wall corrugated pipe machines: horizontal type, vertical type, and shuttle type. Our machine can process a wide range of materials, including HDPE, PP, PVC, etc.

1. Automatic feeding and drying.
2. The extruder adopts high efficient length diameter ratio screw structure with high production efficiency.
3. Two-stage vacuum correction tank and the vacuum correction tank is made of 304 stainless steel.
4. The haul-off machine adopts a crawler type, with a large tractor and variable frequency speed regulation.
5. The cutting machine adopts annular dust-free cutting, and the pipe wall is smooth.
6. The stacker adopts the proximity switch to control the fixed length, and the cylinder controls the blanking after cutting.
