This extrusion line is mainly used for the extrusion production of PVC wall panels and ceiling panels. This line can be combined with different types of extruders and accessory machinery according to the different sizes of the panels.
1. Extruder adopts cast-aluminum heating circles, high-quality thermo-controllers, air blowers for cooling, AC/DC inverter, and screw core oil circulation cooling.
2. Calibrating tables adopt a special cooling system, which can guarantee effective cooling.
3. Haul off machine adopts special lifting technology, which works stably with a powerful hauling force.
4. Cutting machine works together with the extrusion line synchronously, installed with a length-setting unit, which can guarantee high-speed cutting and a uniform length of cutting.

PVC ceiling wall panel production line is mainly used to produce PVC ceiling, PVC wall panels with widths of 200mm,250mm, and 300mm with different section shapes and heights. The surface of the PVC ceiling can be treated by double color printing and coated with glossy oil, heat transfer printing, or lamination, which can make marble and wooden designs on the surface of products.

Process flow of PVC Ceiling Machine
Automatic loader→double screw extruder machine→mould→vacuum calibration spraying platform→online lamination or hot stamping
transfer machine(option)→blade cutter→stacker

This model adopts the latest double sides coating and laminating technology, synchronous coating, and gluing the front( such as PVC) and the reverse side (such as aluminum foils)at the same time, without turn-over.
The Gypsum board lamination machine is to laminate film on the gypsum board, the whole machine is in a synchronous way.

Main Features of PVC wall panel production line:

2. Extruder adopts PVC ceiling dedicated screw, make sure the best plasticizing effect
3. Extruder speed and haul-off speed controlled by ABB frequency converter, saving power and easy adjusting speed
4. Extruder temperature adopts PID control, temperature fluctuation self-adjusting, it realizes the high automatic level
5. The caco3 filler can be up to 300phr, and the formula cost is greatly reduced.
6. Equipped with an infrared tracking device which can eliminate the problem of fluctuation of extrusion flow rate, further can make sure get the best product
7. Lower power consumption, it can save 25-30% on electrical power consumption compared with most kinds of PVC ceiling production lines.
8. With online hot stamping, easy operation, saving labor.
